I hoped I'd never have to write a blog like this:
I had a miscarriage. I am sad.
This was our first planned pregnancy. I was excited - it was planned and settled.
Now it is done. Back to the drawing board.
I wish I had a few days of solitude to work through this, but I don't.
Thanks for all the well wishes.

Ellen... my heart has felt heavy for you today. I'm so sorry you guys are going through this. I can only imagine how hard this is.
I am so sorry Ellen. I will be praying for you--for strength to deal with all the "daily" things on top of the heavy emotions. Give yourself time to grieve and be sad--it's OK to do that. Traci
Oh Ellen. I am so sorry, sweetie. I had a miscarriage back in August of '05. I was early on, about 6 weeks, but it was such a painful loss. I know each person's pain is different, but if you need to talk with someone who's been there, please email me and I'll give you my phone number. I'll be praying for you...I'm so so sorry.
Ellen...anything I had planned to write has been communicated above, so ditto to all of it. I love you and will continue to pray for you.
Dear Ellen, I am so, so sorry about your miscarriage. I am sad with you. This is such a difficult time, nothing anyone can say will take the pain away, however, my prayer is you will feel strengthened by the surrounding of good, loving, compassionate friends who truly care about you and love you and Brian at this time. Know you are being carried by our Creator, and your sadness is being felt by the one that made you. Know you can call, count on, and always talk to me. Let me know what I can do to help you. Love, glo
