Saturday we went to Anderson's Orchard. . . This is our second year. It was fun. First we picked apples. . . then we picked raspberries. We picked a peck of apples and SEVEN POUNDS of raspberries. But Brian and the girls LOVE raspberries - and they are so expensive at the store. They were $2 a pound to pick our own - and it was fun! Here are some pix of our time!

seven pounds?! are you going to freeze some of them? pa and ma think you should. mary's out back washing jack, the brindled bulldog--he ate four pounds of raspberries that ma was going to can and got sick.

Very fun! Madelyn & Tim are going there next week for a field trip! But, I don't think we will be picking as much!
